Lots of encouragement from Christine on my pix posted on this blog but sexy is only skill deep. It applies to everyone and as long as one feels comfortable with ourself, that signifies sexiness within as far as I am concern......
Although a gloomy Monday morning with overcast sky and drizzles, it's a beautiful Monday. I'm embracing this week with lots of passion and not forgetting my exercise regime - got to minus the calories :P
6.20 pm - Headed for the stadium and sweat it all out.........ohlala...feel so shiok after the workout. Felt rejuvenated and lighter now...hmmm.....psychological? Maybe, maybe but I just love the air after the rain - shiok lah!
