Not very green but that's okay :)
That's my salad either on a Saturday or Sunday, it fills my tummy and it's much healthier for sure too.
Only five items - shredded carrots, capsicum, baby lettuce, apples & almond with tiny bit of Cole slaw dressing :D
I can get pretty elaborate sometimes with kidney beans, onions, raisins too but most time, just make do with what I have in the fridge.
