Here in this lovely Yehai Hotel @ Hainan Island...you need not BYO :) this personal 'consumable'
Ahhh....! 'Rubber' is provided and if you need it 'desperately', just pay RMB $5 (Sing Dollar $1)
In all the overseas hotel rooms that I've stayed I have never come across one that is conspicuous for the convenient of hotel guests.
I'm impressed to say the least :D
