Christmas came early when the Bennetts came to visit, we bought this Chinese porcelain doll from the Singapore Handicraft Centre and bet it's gonna be a conversation piece when she displays this among her collection of English dolls :D

English China Bone Terrapin for me :D
My eyes sparkled and jumped with joy when I unwrapped my gift, a very lovely China bone terrapin from England. Now this lovely creature is joining the rest of the animals in the family - look at the vibrancy of colour, it's amazing!According to Uncle, they thought this is a significant gift as there is a lot of terrapins over at the quarry at Little Guilin and yes, just perfect.
D's Gift
Shiny hand-cut brandy glasses for D with a bottle of cognac - the original Hennessy was not allowed to be hand-carried in view of heightened security check so this was bought in Dubai instead.
'Sardine' Chocolates
Yum! Yum! 'Sardine' chocolates from Palais (South France) which Aunty & Uncle went to their holiday home in Palais. I remembered when we visited, I literally bought 'tons' of 'sardines' home from this chocolate shop in Palais - eh, very unusual for a quiet town in France to have a huge purchase by a Chinese girl ...kekekeke
I remembered gaving out 'sardines' to my fellow colleagues and they didn't know it was chocolate. Anyway, the reason why it's shaped like sardines coz St. Palais is the place where they have lots of oysters, sardines and seafood etc.
