I don't usually get to cook on weekdays so if there's no major outings or stuff to do during the weekend, I'll cook up a storm which we don't eat on any other day.
So, today I've decided to cook the Hainanese* Mutton Soup - it is so simple, just prepare all the ingredients and throw it into the slow cooker for at least 4-5 hours and viola - yummy Hainanese Mutton Soup :D
Canned Bamboo Shoot
Mushrooms, Carrots & Beancurd SkinOnions, Bamboo Shoots & Black Fungus
Stir-fried the cubed Mutton with Ginger, Garlic and sliced Onions
Cook it in the slow cooker for 4-5 hours
Hainanese Mutton SoupGarnished with Spring Onion, sprinkled with pepper and viola! My power dish - Hainanese Mutton Soup, Shionge's style of course! Remember to go with lots of red cut chilli and sauce.
