Just something which I need to voice out at this moment, something which I am quite perturbed by it. Yep! At this moment.......
Sometimes things are better left unsaid..... Sometimes it would be better not to know far too many things.........Sometimes knowing more than you should translate to 'burden of information' within ourselves.
Despite being confidential about some kind of nomination, perhaps others would feel that it is a wonderful piece of news that need to be shared immediately. The catch here is, it is NOT supposed to be made known until formal approval is given next week. So there, it is disturbing that this confidential news get to travel to some ears.
Anyway...the point I want to make is trust and confidentality is very important and all the more so when we are in the 'people's business'. Best not to talk about it till it has been slated for dissemination.
Hey hang on, yes, I do know sometimes people do get 'carried' away. They can't wait to 'let loose' when they get the 'good news'.
But....but.... it's not confirm!! It's not approve yet!! Why the hurry? Where's the confidentiality?
